cs_autoowner help needed (Windows)
« on: December 14, 2006, 12:23:37 AM »

Many thanx to DJGrrr for his Windows-version !! :D

But, unfortunately,
as we tried to create a co-owner with :
/cs FOP #channel ADD nick

we got the error:
-ChanServ- Unknown command FOP.  "/msg ChanServ HELP" for help.
;(

We downloaded DJGrrr's dll file. Placed it in the Modules folder in Anope. And even added it in the ModuleDelayedAutoload in services.conf.
THe Mod is loaded in unreal.

Please help

ps, we're using the windows version

my module only support levels, not xOP; i personally don't like xOP at all because it doesn't give enough control, so our irc network's services defaults it to be off

Okay, we stepped over to the access-level way.

when I make someone a co-owner:
/cs ACCESS #blaaaaa ADD nick 9999

he get's +ao   and not +q

And the Module is loaded.

;(

because you need to add a few lines to the services.conf file
hmm, maybe i should make the windows module download a zip file with the module and a readme file >_>

Perhaps, unlike *n?x, windows users cant read the header of the module file so they may need additional documentation. :)
