Channel Notices?

I'd like to setup my channel bot to display a list of rules (ideally as a notice to the user) upon entry into the channel. If I configure the GREET option it will work but display it to everyone upon every room connection. If possible, I'd like it to be multiple 'notices' so that it would list the rules and info.

Use /cs set entrymsg, though 1.8 is limited to one line. There may be a module on the modsite that can do it though.
