Chanserv being a bully

Hi i am hoping if some one can help i can make users operators using chanserv but when i try to do it thru client  chanserv  automatically takes of the op status off i am running unreal 3.2.9 and anope 1.8.7

you have the secure option on. /cs help set secure

thanx kat  but i have turned secure option to off rehashed the server but i am still having trouble with making ops thru client  chanserv keeps taking it off

Check you haven't got any 'secureops' scripts in your IRC client

hi kat i turned off secure op with this command

/msg chanserv set #Help_Desk  secure off and i have changed the services for #CSDefNone
