Also services information about who's a 'Services Operator' and a 'Services Admin' can be removed from /ns info by not added them to the services oper and admin lists ...if you really do not want them to show up in /ns info.

User mode +I (the commonly known one) hides operators completly in that they can join a channel and NOBODY knows theyre there.
This feature mearly makes /msg NickServ info NICK appear as a regular user.
Not to mention, how many times do you see trouble occouring on a network where the troublesome users know an oper is present so behave until said oper is gone. Its one thing hiding what access you have, and another hiding completly. Not to mention as a regular user on ANY network, how do you know whether or not the network is using such features to hide the status of some of its staff members. Since regular users wont be able to see them because of how the feature works anyway....
So in this case, on the Unreal to Anope comparison this feature is the same as +H
