Ok, not being sure whats what, i need a way to have a users name changed to something like guestxxxx if they try to use a registered nickname and dont identify within a certain time period.. Suggestions?

Turn on the NSDefKill option
Anope already supports this, but it only does so if the kill option is enabled (either via NSDefKill for any new user registration or by the user manually via /ns set kill)

And also ONLY if the user isnt in the access list for the nick (/ns access list)
