Title: Flags NickServ

Hi,

Is there someting changed in the flags of NickServ
At first when some1 registered he/she get the flag: 498

Now i have updated the anope services,....
Now when some1 registered he/she gets the flag: 524786

So now i'm wondering,... is there something changed, or is there a setting that i have different ???

i didnt changed the .conf

1.7.15 did introduce a new flag - you might want to read Changes.conf or example.conf and decide how you want NSDefAutoop to be, on or off.
