length nick for register

I'm using anope 1.7.10 when user nick length 13 charactor. He/She register they did not get email. I don know why please help me with this cuz my user can't register with along nick.

Upgrade to Anope 1.7.14, a lot of bugs have been fixed since and probably this one as well.
