Add reCAPTCHA to webcpanel

Ivan:
As a protection against automated scripts for password guessing (brute force) and nickname registration, it would be nice to add reCAPTCHA to webcpanel.

YES! 

This would be extremely helpful! 

I have even added a hidden field that if not left blank, fails the registration request -- yet it has only cut 25% of the bot-registrations.  A simple ReCaptcha would be very much appreciated!!
