this may seem silly to some -
but I was wondering if it would be practical for a module for chanserv to do the following:
when a user joins an unregistered channel, chanserv sets certain modes (like +s)
and sends a notices to the user or changes the topic urging them to register..
and once they register the channel, the typical (+rtn) modes are set and (+s) is released.
just an idea
