Sure you're identified? A chanserv bot would only do that with those settings if you weren't.
I don't recognise the !auth command, sure it was anope?

Sometimes if you are the only user in the channel , and try to oper override to get mode, it deops you so try to join in the channel with another client too, and then try to op yourself to see what happens.
I would suggest /msg chanserv set #channel secureops off  but i think this setting is deactivated anyways.
I am pretty sure your nickname is not identified. Try the full command /msg nickserv identify password   because maybe your aliases are not working. As soon as you have identified correctly you will get +oq from chanserv.

You are using chanserv secure/secureops or something on the channel.

Ask whoever owns the channel to add you to the access list instead of abusing your privileges and trying to give yourself op.

/msg nickserv set autoop on

if you entered this and you are atleast Level 5 on channel access list, you will get +o when joining the channel

if you still dont get op you may try /msg chanserv set #gather secureops off

i found i way to give me +op , but i want when i join to channel that ChanSrv give me automaticly

if you have rights on that channel (level 10 i suppose) or are services admin/operator/root you should be able to use that command, if you are successfully identfied.

@Vladimir
first of all you are using the xop system. If you want to use the normal access system try /cs set #Gather xop off
after that you can try  /msg ChanServ ACCESS #Gather add surdamh 10

@Fawkes
/msg nickserv set autoop on
this would have no impact; This just makes chanserv autoop you when you got enough access to the channel, but this guy doesnt.

well, to create a channel you join the channel:
/join #channel
and then register it with chanserv:
/msg chanserv REGISTER #channel password Description

The rest is entirely up to you to customise the channels the way you want to. You can find a full list of Services commands HERE .
