The answer in in the error messages.

1>IRCDModule directive is missing.
2>ServicesRoot directive is missing.

and in the ircd
1>"No matching link configuration" means just that. Check your link block to insure it matches what you specified for services.

chdir error implies you compiled services, then moved them - just recompile them to use the new directory structure ( it ask's for DIR's during ./Config )

now i'll put here mi block link...i try both hub and leaf, none works

UnrealIRCD---Conf

link services.uclv.edu.cu
   {
       username *;
   hostname localhost;
   bind-ip *;
   port 7000;
   leaf *;
   password-connect "3nlAcc3";
   password-receive  "3nlAcc3";
   class servers;
          options
      {
        nohostcheck;
      autoconnect;
       };

};

This one is clearly Anopes....

ServerName  "services.uclv.edu.cu"

ServerDesc  "Services for IRC uclv"

RemoteServer    127.0.0.1 7000 "3nlAcc3"
#RemoteServer2  localhost 9009 "mypass"
#RemoteServer3  localhost 6667 "mypass"

I'll wait

unrealircd.conf
Fixed Listen Blocks to listen on 127.0.0.1
Fixed Linkblock to Hub
Removed Autoconnect/NoHostcheck from Linkblock

services.conf
Fixed RemoteServer line to 127.0.0.1

Hopefully it will work.

I'm starting to get REALLY irritated with you.

I sent you working conf's, people have asked you to join the channel, and you do nothing but complain.

If you put the smallest bit of effort in, you would have done this by now.

I'm guessing asking you to set up vnc would be a waste of time too, with this big bad firewall you have ... (How do you plan on making IRC work inbound behind the firewall?)

I think you need to stop being lazy, and work it out.
