Title: IRC-Enforcer wont release Nicks

Hey,
I am using Inspircd 2.0 and Anope 1.9.2-p2.
If a user activated secure and quick kill Hes forced to change his nick if he is not identifying. Now it seems that the enforcer isnt releasing the nick after 1 minute. If the users try to release the nick nickserv say the nick isnt locked.
The only way to release the nick that seems to work is that i manually kill the enforcer, not a really good sollution.
Anyone any idea how to fix this?

thanks for reporting a bug.

You can "fix" this error by loading the "m_svshold.so" module in inspircd and restart anope. (you have to load this module on all your servers)
Anope will then use SVSHOLD instead of spawning an enforcer.

We will fix the bug before the 1.9.3 release.

same problem here

I have anope 1.8.8 and inspircd 2.0.16

Nickserv enforce not working i try load and unload m_svshold.so but nothing.

Make sure your ulines are correct and remove your host from /ns access list.
