Hello,
Somebody help me to use ns_forbidclear module.
How to use this module? I can't find.

Its located on the old module site. By looking at the module, it seems that all forbidden nick(s) are cleared/dropped from the nickserv databases by /nickserv FORBID !CLEAR command.
