Title: msvcp100.dll is either not designed to run on windows

I am getting this error each time I open anope..
msvcp100.dll is either not designed to run on windows..

I tried to download it but still not working, I am using Windows Server 2008 btw.

Remove the MSVCP100.dll you put into anope\bin and instead download and install http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555.

This is what I got ^
I updated the windows server btw after I got that error and still it comes

Try uninstalling that I guess? What error do you get after removing the one you downloaded from bin/?

Uninstall the "newer" one and make it install the version of the link I gave you.
