I had a problem that databases somebody had been all also removed backups knows of some bug q occurs this?

as for a bug, there is no bug that will cause backups to be deleted...

Anope will not delete it's backups, it simply lacks the coding to do so. However, a poorly written shell script can certainly do it, but no such script comes with Anope.
