Hello, this is my 1st time that I use anope. I have created a network and I am using my IP instead of using a domain ( I will try to get it sooner ). I need to install services ( OperServ, ChanServ, NickServ, HostServ etc....) and I do not know how to do it. I am begineer and if someone can point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.
I downloaded anope windows installer 2.0.6. I would like to know what are the next steps. Thank you guys

All you have to do is to configure (https://wiki.anope.org/index.php/2.0/Configuration) anope and your ircd to link them.
