Hi,
i was just wondering if i update from 1.7.15 to 1.7.16 will it loose all my channels etc or does it keep the databases.

You shouldnt lose you .db's during an upgrade on a *nix system. On a windows system because you have to uninstall Anope first you should back up the .db files and your services.conf file from the Anope\data folder before upgrading. Then simply restore them afterwards.
