server count bypasses "hide ulines"

Hello there,

I just noticed that the count of servers (in the main page) integrates the ulined servers, even if "hide ulines" is setted.
I'll have an eye on it soon :)

this is by design, as most ircds behave the same way in hiding ulined servers but including them in count

I will probably add some configuration options to influece how magirc counts and shows/hides things, since questions like these have come up very often :)
