ircd_vhostserv and BSFantasyCharacter

Why does ircd_vhostserv use ! automatically and not check with BSFantasyCharacter in the config and use that for the commands? Its pretty annoying when your BSFantasyCharacter is anything besides !.

well you can change it or maybe n00bie will add a changible character as a #define in the next upgrade
