Disable !seen in a chan

Id like to see something like /bs set #chan seen on/off some do like it off as there own bots do it etc but want to keep the !op commands from botserv.

Yeah i second that, it would be nice to have that feature in the future (which would'nt need unloading the bs fantasy seen module).
