I have a request.  Could you please make the start and stop in services in Control Panel And Administrative Futures :)

This isn't an easy task to make Anope run natively as a service. For more info see: http://www.windowsdevcenter.com/pub/a/oreilly/windows/ron/startup_0401.html

As an alternative you can use a 3rd party services daemon like firedaemon. http://www.firedaemon.com
