Title: Chanserv not kicken +q opers

Hello there,

The subject already tell's where I'm looking for.
You all know if you put +q only ircop's with higher status
can kick you. But if the user take the kick command from chanserv
it will kick you even if you have +q.

It would be nice if chanserv will disallow this for users if a
ircop have +q.
