Title: restrict botserv usage

is there an easy way to restrict botserv usage to one bot and allow usage of more bots for services admins. for example when users type /bs botlist they will see one bot, will be able to assign it to their channel and config it, however botserv will contain as many bots as created for admins.

the goal is to have different bots in official network channels, but to have usage of for example bot with nick ChanBot for all user created channels. if there are similar solutions with close effects please say so, all inputs are most welcome.

im asking this for anope 165 (i know there are similar adds for 17x).

Maybe /bs set private could fit your needs ( see /bs help set )
Version 1.7.19 does have this feature. I only guess, that 1.6.x also has.
