DLL help?

i dont know if this is in the right place but i need help with editing the dlls iv downloaded (like the ircd_vhost) that needs configuring
but i dont know how to do that help ?

you can not edit the dlls they are compile binaries, you must edit the source and re-compile.

i dont have the file Makefile.inc.win32

i also dont have a directory: C:\Program Files\Unreal\Anope\src\modules

i do have 1 called: C:\Program Files\Unreal\Anope\modules

and were do i get visual studio i installed it when i got anope cuz installer needed it but i dont have a icon in start menu??
