I just gotta ask a doubt about SSL, SSL is enabled only when you want alot of people to connect your network?

And how is linking an irc server to another one, just like a leaf. How does it works

SSL means Secure Socket Layer and has nothing to do with the number of users. It's used as security to encrypt, for lack of better term, traffic between connections. For example https;// links are secured via SSL, hence the https.

As far as linking 2 ircds together, that has nothing to do with Anope, I advise reading the documentation that come with your ircd of choice.
