Tranferming database
« on: February 03, 2006, 08:52:59 PM »

Hi there,

Whe are moving or services from win32 to linux (debian) but can we copy the *.db files from the win32 to linux, so whe don't need to reregister on the new services?

Greet,

You can; just be sure to transfer them in binary format instead of in ascii.

I checked the log files and get this error:

Error: MySQL password are encrypted using method in MysqlSecure disabling UseRDB

What can be the problem? I justed before the md5 password secure, and uncommented it again on this new server.
