Title: bs oper only assign

Hello -

I was wondering if there is already a module that restricts botserv's assign to IRCops only.

If so, could you please direct me to where I might find the module?

There is also a module in existance (though not sure if it's 1.7.x compatible) called bs_assignoperonly.
