I am using Anope 1.8.4 on UnrealIRCD, When loading services i keep getting the error below:

try it with 127.0.0.1 yourport
plz dont use the 6667 port, its for client connect, take another
dont forget to add a listener and to change your link block

what port should i use, only ive setup anope/unreal on a server with the exact server etc and not had thease troubbles, i could do everything without errors, including using the same ip and port so how is that possible?

your authentication failed
when you will use the port 6667 its your decision, but its the standard client port
take a look on your services.conf and link block where is the failure.

Change RestrictOperNicks to #RestrictOperNicks.
Just as a side note, this just disables a feature which only restricts oper nicks, it should not effect regular user registration.
