Anope on Windows XP Sp3

Hey i just got a windows vista pc wich let anope run perfect.
now i tryed to run it on my other pc with windows xp sp3 but it wont even start, it gives a windows debug mesage says:



Translated:"This application could not be started because the Application configuration is not correct. To troubleshoot, you should reinstall the application."

please help me (id reinstall it 3 times used the anope of vista pc, and a untouched, nothing works!

You'll be needing the Visual C++ Runtimes.

Visual C++ Runtimes for Anope 1.7.18 and later can be obtained from Microsoft at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d-389c36f85647&DisplayLang=en

Installing the runtimes is part of step #1 covered in the WIN32.txt documentation included with your installer.
