Adam:
1. Learn English. Or at the very least, type with consistent spacing between words and punctuation so you don't look like a retard.
2. Hybrid 8.7 doesn't actually exist
3. You need to configure a connect{} block in ircd.conf for services.
jasumen:
Errata : i'm using hybrid 8.1.7 *
I did configure a connect block in my ircd.conf
here is my ircd.conf
I just want to know where is my error and how to fix it.
jasumen:
Correct me if i don't !! :(

1, Uhm, wow .. You have a crap load of IRCd config file issues and *IF* you ever get Anope to connect, there will be WW III. Forget about connecting services and re-read your IRCd configuration documentation. It seems as though you used the default example (which is intentionally fubar) and only changed like 5 lines. I mean seriously .. you're even trying to listen on IP 1.2.3.4 FFS! Fix THIS before going to #2.
2, [Mar 14 15:13:31.120706 2014] debug: Received: ERROR :Closing Link: localhost (Bogus server name)
#2: Services needs to be named something remotely compliant like irc.services or services.my.completely.misconfigured.setup not just "anope".
