Compiling Issue (Version Error?)

Anope Version: 1.7.13
IRCd: Unreal3.2.3
OS: Windows XP Home SP2

When i try to compile i seem to get a version error here is a quick log of it

now that is a seriously old post, its the version.h file. just open it in wordpad or something. then save it again, if that doesnt work i'll give you a version on my version.h
