Title: Levels dont works

When i wanna give my channel autovoice it says:
This command is useless in this mode.

Must i change something in the conf?

you cant use levels when xOP is turned on for the channel - /cs set #channel xop off

ok, let me make sure this in plain english ^^
/chanserv set #channel xop on ( you need to use AOP/SOP/VOP etc. commands )
and
/chanserv set #channel xop off ( you need to use ACCESS or the LEVELS commands )
