Hello, I want to request a module.
We have too much nick abuse at my Network, so we thought of new policies about the nicks.
1. New Users ( users with less than 4 months time reigstered in Nickserv's databases ) can only register 5 nicks ( that means per email )
2.Users with more than 4 months can register up to 15 nicks
3. Users with more than 10 months in the Network can register up to 25 nicks
I'm running Anope 1.8.0 on Debian, Unreal3.2.8.1 SSL
