Issue with webcpanel

Webcpanel allows you to register a q-lined service.
Disallow q-lined nickname registrations from webcpanel/xmlrpc.(Not sure about xmlrpc,didn't test it yet)

Nickname NickServ registered.

-NickServ- You have regained control of NickServ and are now identified as NickServ.



Shouldn't happend imho...

We're using the webcpanel module and it does in fact give you the ability to register nicks online:
