I have installed anope & ircd ircd-hybird

but can't start,please help

you have "localhost" as your services server name... unreal dosnt think its valid

In the last log, services connected fine. Ths unknown message from server thing is normal in this case and nothing to be worried about.

hey fallow did you set the ulines?  you have to set the ulines so the server knows that the services has rights to the server.

Sorry SkaterStuff, you are wrong again...
All that fallow is seeing is an attempt by the network to sync what it sees as any other server, so it sends the appropriate qline information, etc. The services don't handle any of this data (they really have no reason too, in this case) which is why in debug mode you are seeing an unknown message warnings (services don't know what the messages mean, they aren't supposed to though..).

The ulines block lets you define certain servers as having extra abilities. s i stated above.. just want to make sure he has set them so after we help him fix this problem he wont have the uline issues.

Unknown messages in 1.6.x are common this is old software that is NOT aware of most messages coming down fron the uplink

They can for the most part be ignored or you can update to 1.7.x branch where these messages have been fixed or get used better.

Finally this has NOTHING to do with ulines..
