problem in services plz help

hi , i have a problem on my server
i make restart server and after than restart i cant join services at any channel
what should me do

Wish services, wish IRC Deamon, show us your config block, get u an ERROR ?

You got an Error message ? See the Logfile from anope? Is it correctly configured in link block ? Ports Open ?

yes i have thise masseg - *** LocOps -- ERROR :from Stats.mysite.NeT[site ip] -- Closing Link: [site ip] (Link denied (No matching link configuration))

Show us ure services.conf an your unrealircd.conf |dont forget to change passwords ;)
