This's what i've got:
Windows 2003 SP1
UnrealIRCd 3.2.4 Win32 Non-SSL (Wildcard Fix)
Anope Services 1.7.14 Win32
After configuring and starting the above stuff i get the following in Anope log:

People at #anope told me this might be code bug or something.
Please help me solve the problem.
