Title: Stop ChanServ from joining channel

I recently upgraded to the latest version of Anope and now ChanServ is visible in the channels, it wasn't prior. Any thing I can look at as to why this is happening?

Thanks for the reply. I disabled botserv and it still joins the channel

If I register a new channel then it doesn't join, but still joins the channels already registered.

Solved! Thanks to Koragg in IRC, needed to turn off persist in each channel
