Title: why normal user cant delete their own access..?

hi.. I'm using 1.8.8 anope service, I have one question,

[19:13] -NickServ- Channels that you have access on:
[19:13] -NickServ-   Num  Channel              Level    Description
[19:13] -NickServ-     1 !#Rawang         SOP      My Own Channel
[19:13] -NickServ- End of list - 1/1 channels shown.

I tried to delete my access

/cs sop #rawang del Rawang

[19:15] -ChanServ- Permission denied.

then i tried use fantasy command

[19:16] <@Rawang> !sop del Rawang
[19:16] -RinduNet- Permission denied.

please help me!

This is by design, It's been requested in the past to allow users to delete their own access but it seems to never come to pass. Since 1.8 is the stable branch, I coubt it will get added now.
