Title: "Services are currently down."

I have been working hard to get my home IRC server working, yet still am having problems with IRC. I have Unreal3.2 running, I replaced the fix for the .manifest file, and still nothing is working. I have as well, setup the services.conf file. Is there anything I need to do other then double clicking the icon to make it work?

have you check services.log file inside the logs folder? or have you tried starting in -debug -nofork mode for tracking the errors. if yes, please paste the whole log files in a pastebin so that we can/may have ideas on the problem.

If you can /whois nickserv .. then it's not a services issue .. it's an ircd issue. Please see: http://www.vulnscan.org/UnrealIRCd/unreal32docs.html#feature_aliases if that's the case.
