Title: A little Nickserv problem

Hello all, sorry for my weak english :)
I have problem with Nickserv: it don't kill registered users, if they not identifying. In another words, if i'am registered user, and i will not supplu password to Nickserv, Nickserv will not rename me.
Option ns_def_kill in config are uncommented.
Please help...

read /msg nickserv access help

If your host matchs a host on the access list, you will not be killed.
