Small problem with Botserv

Hi ! Dew days ago, i update my anope services to last stable version (1.8.3). All works good, but i found some error.
Problem is:
1. i register a channel
2. setting up bot there (from botserv)
3. relogin
4. do identification
5. make command /mode #channel +q Lader
6. than, bot makes -q Lader

how i can set this mode to myself ? in botserv help i didnt found solution...

If you own the channel you dont need to +q yourself using abusive measures. Try using /msg ChanServ owner. Also you might want to check out NSModeOnID in services.conf too.
