Title: Anope compile on Windows

Will Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=C17BA869-9671-4330-A63E-1FD44E0E2505&displaylang=en ) compile Anope 1.8.3 for Windows or does it have to be the 2003 R2 version. I already have Visual C++ 2008 Express.

I just use vs 2008 from msdn though im gussing the express doesent come with a sdk?
