I'm admin on an BncHoster. But i have created a server with anope. But if there are connect some people with the same vHost, kills operserv the users. Why? And can i disable that?

You're looking for the options "LimitSessions" and "DefSessionLimit". These options setup session limitation. In other words; making sure that users cannot use an unlimited amount of connections.

Right now you have 2 options; edit the config file and disable session limiting (which I'd discourage since you'd make your network vulnerable). The other option is setting some limit exceptions in OperServ. "/msg operserv help exception" will tell you more.
