in nickserv info create options twitter example: @login -> plugin or apps to communicate with twitter

create a services TwitterServ
equal to MemoServ
/msg TwitterServ [message] (up to 140 characters)
The services send/post in twitter a message!

That way we can send messages to twitter directly from IRC.

Idea equal create to FaceBookServ ... integrate and interage with social networks :)

3rd party module is a better place for this and not in the core.
