Title: creation of LogServ

Logserver able to ask the log of channel # xx / xx / xx date
 and receive the email indicated in the record of the nick or some other form

Design limitations aside I like the feasibility of a logging function for channel owners, similarly I would like to see a log searching function for Operserv (with the added logging suggestions from Phil/Geekshed) in 1.9.x

I agree, I think that LogServ would be a great addition to Anope.
