Title: Installing Anope on Windows

I installed it on my dedicated server. I read all documentations everywhere even searched google for tutorials, didn't fine any. What do I edit in the example.conf I know you rename it to services.conf, but I don't know what do edit in the item.

I finished it. But now, When I double click on the ShortCut it bring the cmd window then automatically closes.

That's normal, check the log files to see what actually happened.
