If you use Anope-1.7.15 or below use this command;

1-) /chanserv aop #channel add nick (If xOP systems is active)
2-)/channserv access #channel add nick level (If xOP systems is inactive)

or

/opersetv set superadmin on

then you use the 1. or 2. number command.

If you use 1.7.16 or above use the 1. or 2. command.

As a Side note, just because you are a services root admin, doesn't give you all inclusive channel access. Services admins have access to perform NETWORK level maintanence and should NOT be fondling in channel affairs that they are not granted access to by the rightful founder.

The access granted by OperServ is not your "license for full domination". It may be your network, but it's not your channel! Channel affairs other than those that affect network stability should be the business of the channel ops as designated by the channels founder and not by any Services Admin that feels the need to be a nazi.

Extend some respect and privacy to your users and they just might stick around and help your network grow and be successful. Abuse your access and you will find that you are the only user.
