Title: anope 3rd party mods

i   found out  its  not  the  files  , it  the  type of os on my  pc with   os  win7, i  did  a  search with the  vhostserv  with  winxp and   file  was    working
if  anybody  could  tell me  why when i   open  up  the files it  says  Invalid link in  the  vHost.c  and  other files as well
ircd_restrict_oper.c  Invalid link

And the download links for ircd_restrict_oper work just fine for me..
