Game Module?

Ive seen an IRC server using Unreal3.2.7 with Anope and they have a Trivia Game Loaded on it.

How do i get that GameModule? & how do i go about loading it?

Check the module web site? If its not there ask one of the admins of the network to see what they are running, cause its either custom mod, or its Neostats
